Function Test

Functional test① Tilt test: Put the item onto an angled ramp to test if it's stable enough

Functional test② Load bearing test: Put weight onto the item for over 1h and once remove it there's no deformation

Functional test③ Data consistency: Measure and test all the data to make sure data consistent with record and requirements

Visual Inspection

Appearance check① No obvious burr and flashing

Appearance check② Horizontal test: Put level onto the item to check if all the tubes at the same level

Appearance check③ Final check before packing to pick out defective part and replace with the good one
